Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Lucky 415, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to support our onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate handling of new hire documentation and weekly contractor invoicing, helping to maintain smooth and compliant payroll operations.

This role is fully remote and requires a r eliable internet connection to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute onboarding paperwork to all new employees and contractors.
  • Monitor the completion of onboarding documents and follow up with individuals as needed.
  • Notify hiring managers of any delays or issues in paperwork completion.
  • Collect and verify weekly contractor invoices.
  • Submit approved payroll to Paychex every Tuesday.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience with payroll systems (Paychex experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a payroll or administrative role is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance and administration roles.
