Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide quality food service promptly and cheerfully.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Unload, store merchandise, and prepare/display foods per standards.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and safety.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
• Operate cash register following company procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict constructively and act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions, seek assistance, and support diverse customer needs.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
