Eataly West Palm Beach is seeking a Salumi and Formaggi Artisan to join our cheese department. You will prepare, package, receive, and stock cheese and charcuterie offerings while sharing passion and knowledge with guests. Reports to Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with selections, weighing and labeling products, maintaining neat displays, and ensuring FIFO quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a flexible weekend schedule is required.

Qualifikationen

• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of cheese highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists guests with cheese and meat selection and shares knowledge of products.
• Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation in a timely manner.
• Ensures counter and display refrigerators neatly and accurately as per the pricing menu, and promptly informs management when food quantities or supplies are low.
• Merchandizes displays attractively and rotates products per quality and FIFO standards.
• Cleans work station thoroughly.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
