Required: high school diploma or GED, experience in meat blending, and familiarity with ERP systems and weighing ingredients. The role runs a 6am–6pm 2-2-3 shift at 590 Woodrow Street, Denmark, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience as Backup Blender Operator preferred.
• 3 years in USDA-regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify production menu and parameters before start.
• Set up formulation and blending rooms for production.
• Identify spices and ingredients and prepare for blending.
• Log vat information and ingredients.
• Load meat into blender and add ingredients.
• Monitor blend quality and perform process checks.
• Apply blend labels for traceability with date and quantities.
• Complete batch sheets and logs for compliance.
• Perform sanitation and changeovers per matrix.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
