Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Body Manufacturing or General Assembly Manufacturing.
• Experience managing projects with strategic suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder-management, and project-leadership skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and supplier partnerships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis.
• Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute project schedules for quality systems projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Create Statements of Requirements (SORs) and manage procurement through ARIBA.
• Lead technical, design, and project reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Direct the design, development, build, and integration of quality systems at supplier locations.
• Serve as onsite project lead during assembly center implementation, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Maintain alignment with program launch timing and system requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions.
• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality system performance.
