Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, engineering, or related physical science; degree not required if measurement experience exists.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred in measurement or related field.
• Solid knowledge of crude and product measurement fundamentals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete liquid analysis entries on time and meet close deadlines.
• Analyze gains or losses on physical pipeline balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up and administer balancing and reporting tools with Field Operations.
• Collaborate with Measurement, Field Ops, Engineering, IT and downstream units to resolve issues.
• Coordinate gain/loss meetings and provide supporting information.
• Track and analyze line fill information on designated pipelines.
• Assist downstream groups in tracking gain/loss variances.
• Perform audits of physical measured points and report progress to management.
• Initiate and finalize adjustment requests from third parties.
• Complete lease requests and lease setup in Field Insight and FlowCal.
• Provide queries and reports for special data requests.
• Support system enhancement projects including testing, documentation, and training.
• Identify and implement measurement process improvements; advise management.
• Utilize internal and external tools to obtain and validate data.
• Support Field Insight and Pgas/FlowCal screens; escalate to IT as needed.
• Perform daily edits and validation for CO2 and Wink Crude systems.
• Track CO2 sales monthly and verify tickets against invoices.
