Qualifications

• 10+ years in measurement engineering, tech services, automation or related fields with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of natural gas measurement, custody transfer, metrology, and measurement systems.
• Familiar with industry standards: AGA, API, GPA, ASTM, PHMSA, FERC and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of engineers, specialists, and contractors to execute measurement strategy, standards, and technology roadmap.
• Act as enterprise authority for custody transfer metering, flow measurement, and metrology programs.
• Develop and maintain measurement standards, specs, procedures, and governing programs.
• Plan and execute sustaining capital and asset reliability programs for measurement assets.
• Develop training programs and knowledge management for workforce competency.
• Represent the company in industry groups and with vendors to advance measurement technologies.
