Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/SLP-CFY) or SLPA for the 2026/2027 school year in Burney, CA.

Caseload is approximately 15-20 students from Pre-K through 12th grade, with school hours from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM. Supervision is provided for SLPA and mentorship is available for all candidates.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, delivering services, and progress toward IEP goals, with strong collaboration among teachers, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA (current in-person)
• Experience in school setting or pediatric populations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Compassionate, professional, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy services across Pre-K-12
• Monitor and document progress towards IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress
• For SLPA: work under direct SLP supervision, focusing on elementary caseload
