Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to support store operations, assist customers, and handle transactions at 12332 I-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78230. You will help stock, price donations, and maintain sales floor presentation while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience in retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with shopping needs, guiding purchases.
• Receive, price and stock donations; maintain store presentations.
• Operate cash register and handle payments; issue receipts.
• Keep aisles clean and safe; report hazards to supervisor.
• Perform basic janitorial duties and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions professionally.
• Assist in safeguarding store and employees from theft; report unethical behavior.
