Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home care for a Madisonville, TX client. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following a personalized care plan and maintaining client dignity.

Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and capable of working independently with strong communication to the client, family, and office team. Prior caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience with strong ADL understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean environment.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Follow the established care plan and maintain client safety at all times.
• Recognize changes in client condition or needs and communicate with the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication with family and SYNERGY team.
• Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and appropriate response to client needs.

Exceptional Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience with a strong understanding of personal care and ADLs.

• Ability to work independently while following established care plans and company policies.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance, if required for the assignment.
