SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in the Magnolia, TX area. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and families, support independence and safety, and tailor care to each person's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toilet items, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and document changes.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical in-home support that promotes independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
