Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care in the Huntsville, TX area. Join a supportive team and help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort in their own homes.

We offer opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions. You will work closely with families and the SYNERGY HomeCare office to create a meaningful, person-centered care experience for each client.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home-care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care as part of the SYNERGY HomeCare team.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders as per care plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation to clients.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when applicable.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe serving clients in the Huntsville area, you may:

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
