Job summary

Gallagher Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with developmental disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. This part-time DSP role offers evening and weekend shifts, with responsibilities including personal care, meal prep, and supporting participation in activities such as parks, arts, movies, and shopping.

You will be part of Catholic Charities' Gallagher Services team, focusing on dignity, respect, and trauma-informed care while building trusted

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist people who use wheelchairs.
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines.
• Assist with meals, grooming, and mobility while promoting independence and choice.
• Support individuals in activities they enjoy and help maintain records for continuity of care.
