Job summary

MediLodge of Ludington in Ludington, MI is seeking a part-time Activities Aide to support resident engagement during day shifts. You will assist with individual and group activities, fostering meaningful interactions for residents.

Work closely with the activity director, help decorate for events, develop monthly calendars, document participation, and promote community involvement to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the resident activity director as needed.
• Provides comfort and stimulation to residents.
• Leads and participates in individual and group activities.
• Develops and posts monthly calendar for residents and families.
• Promotes community involvement and volunteers.
• Maintains records of activities and attendance.
• Stores equipment and cleans area after activities.
