Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. is seeking a caring Meal Site Manager to oversee food service operations for our Meals on Wheels program, serving the south shore communities.

You will coordinate nutritious meals, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with a dedicated team across home visits, office settings, and community outreach.

This 20–25 hour hybrid role values strong communication, computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Food Service experience desirable but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a caring Meal Site Manager to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sights for our Meals on Wheels Program, which provides needed nutritious meals to our consumers. Work with us and feel good about the contribution you are making each day.

What you'll do:

• Ability to understand and follow regulations and procedures
• Ability to provide care and sensitivity to our served population
• Provide Nutritious Meals to our consumers
• Over See Food Service Operations

What you'll bring:

• Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.
• High School Diploma/Degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Food Service Experience Desirable- not required
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
