Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in a supervisory role.
• 2 years experience working with volunteers.
• Strong customer relations experience.
• Ability to multi-task effectively; detail-oriented; basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of HR standards in interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, daily supervision of Meals-on-Wheels delivery staff.
• Conduct interviews, hire, schedule, and evaluate drivers.
• Approve driver time and mileage reports and manage time-off requests.
• Address and resolve driver issues promptly and effectively.
• Train new drivers and develop monthly meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation to meet funder requirements.
• Interact with a diverse group of individuals to ensure a positive experience.
