Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated team member to process tray tickets, verify diet orders, and ensure timely meal delivery within a comprehensive hospital setting. You will handle high-risk orders, maintain clear communication with the diet office, and work independently to support patient nutrition needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic IT/data entry skills, and a Food Safety certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification within 90 days.
• Experience with data entry and basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process tray tickets to prepare meals per diet orders.
• Verify tray ticket compliance for high-risk orders.
• Process and deliver meals and enteral supplies.
• Communicate effectively with the diet office team.
• Work independently in unsupervised conditions.
