Job summary

You Thrive Florida is seeking a dedicated staff member to support senior meals at congregate sites and home-delivered programs. You will help set up daily meal sites, coordinate volunteers, and assist with intake forms and assessments, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include meal delivery as needed, activities setup, and training volunteers, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork across multiple facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• One year experience in social or senior service/public service or related field.
• Must have a valid Florida driver license and be insurable by the company’s current insurance carrier.
• Background checks/clearance for working with vulnerable populations

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and count meal items upon delivery from caterer.
• Coordinate and schedule congregate meal site volunteers.
• Assist with intake forms and assessments.
