Job summary

Waters of Huntington is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist in daily dietary operations, prepare meals, and ensure all meals meet sanitary requirements and facility policies. You will work closely with the Dietary Supervisor and dietitian to support meal service, check diet trays, stock supplies, and help with inventory and related projects as needed.

Experience in food safety and customer service is preferred. We provide training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in hospital dietary services.
• Ability to follow sanitary regulations and policies.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing at designated times.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining area as instructed.
• Assist in checking diet trays before distribution.
• Assist in serving meals and delivering snacks.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Ensure dietary procedures follow established policies.
