Job summary

Waters of Huntington is hiring a Certified Dietary Manager to lead and oversee the dietary department, ensuring quality nutrition services and compliance with all regulations. The role emphasizes coordination with nursing, social services, and housekeeping to support residents’ dietary needs.

You will develop care plans, menus, and dietary assessments, supervise staff, and maintain safety and sanitation standards across kitchen operations. Excellent pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as Dietary Manager.
• Develop and direct dietary department operations in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure that dietary plans and care plans meet residents\' nutritional needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dietary services with Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, etc.
• Assist in developing diet plans and care assessments for residents
• Prepare and revise dietary menus and plans per physician orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• Supervise dietary staff and ensure quality nutrition services
