Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals.
• Maintains kitchen area and equipment in a clean and organized manner following schedules and Health Department standards.
• Records temperatures on kitchen appliances.
• Maintains food temperature record log.
• Completes paperwork per department protocol.
• Receives and stocks incoming supplies.
• Communicate with staff to relay patient safety concerns.
