Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is seeking upbeat, people-first Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Ankeny, IA. You’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they place orders and need support.

This role offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, weekday hours, weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days. If you enjoy helping others and communicating clearly, this could be a great fit.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders.
Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
Input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
Document all conversations with clients into the client information database.
Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax for special situations.
Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed.
