Sevita is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Front Desk in Lewiston, ME. This full-time role supports multiple supervisors with a range of secretarial tasks, from correspondence to calendar management and reporting.
The position offers full benefits and an 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule in a mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and two years of administrative experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate office operations

The Administrative Assistant’s primary duty is performing a full range of standard secretarial and administrative support services for multiple supervisors or staff. Rather than performing a single task, this position requires responsibilities that change with the needs of the office/department/program.
