Sevita is seeking a HR Assistant in West Virginia to support recruiting and onboarding activities, manage confidential employee records, and assist with HR compliance and communications. The role acts as a liaison between field teams and state offices to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating new hire orientation, processing payroll changes, handling open enrollment inquiries, and producing HR reports. Travel as needed to support sites within the region.

Assists with recruiting and onboarding of employees. Assists with employee orientation and training. Reviews safety management implementation and assists with best practice delivery. Reviews and maintains employee records and ensures compliance with regulatory and Network standards. Serves as HR liaison and communication funnel between field and state offices.
