Sevita is seeking an Administrative Office Coordinator in Fargo, ND to support patients and families with front-desk activities and insurance verification. This full-time role emphasizes welcoming interactions, accurate data entry in the EMR, and HIPAA-compliant handling of information.

You will verify insurance eligibility, collect balances, schedule appointments, and maintain a tidy, efficient office environment while delivering exceptional service to families and providers alike.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with insurance companies/portals.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, families, and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor while ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, filing, scanning, and assisting with other office tasks.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefit information using insurance portals.
  • Assist families with outstanding account balance payments.
  • Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information using EMR system.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments; maintain strict patient confidentiality and safeguard protected health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Electronically score therapy assessments.
  • Restock office and clinical supplies to support efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Administrative Office Coordinator
Full - Time
Hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 7am-5pm
Hourly range: $20-$23

As part of Administrative Services, you’ll play an important role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for patients and families. You will combine exceptional customer service, administrative support, and organizational skills to help ensure a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care.

Your responsibilities:
