McWane Poles, a division of McWane Ductile, seeks a Maintenance Technician for weekend shifts in Provo, UT. This role maintains pole production equipment, focusing on electrical and mechanical systems, with opportunities to work on a variety of machines.
You will read schematics, service pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors, and perform welding and fabrication as needed. Safety and quality are top priorities on site.

McWane Poles Maintenance Technician – weekend shifts for the McWane Pole Division.
Must be available to work three 12‑hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Day and graveyard shifts available.
$29.17 – $35.66 per hour to start, DOE.
Loud industrial manufacturing environment, both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to cold/hot temperatures, dust, fumes, and chemicals. Specialized PPE required.
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for long periods. Carrying up to 40 pounds. A post‑offer physical and drug screening and background check required.
