Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC in Paducah, Kentucky, is seeking a detail-oriented MDS float to provide coverage and implement regulations concerning Resident Assessment Instrument. The ideal candidate should have a valid nursing license and three years of experience in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum of three years of MDS experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licensures.

Responsibilities

• Provide MDS coverage for open positions and educate stakeholders.
• Assist Clinical Reimbursement Specialists in onboarding new MDSC.
• Exhibit competency in RAI, Care Planning, PPS, Medicare and Medicaid.
