MDS Solutions, a division of Key Rehabilitation, is looking for a fun, energetic, and self-driven team member to join our remote MDS division as the Director of Clinical Reimbursement Consulting.
The Director of Clinical Reimbursement Consulting (DCRC) leads and manages MDS Coordinators and Clinical Reimbursement Specialists within the MDS Solutions division. This role involves performing billable consulting services for clients, including MDS coordination, RAI assessments, Care Plan development, PDPM, Case Mix reimbursement optimization, and Quality Measure analysis. The DCRC is responsible for providing training and education to MDS Coordinators, ensuring accurate reimbursement and compliance with federal quality reporting requirements. The Director excels both independently and as part of a team, leveraging clinical and analytical expertise, strong communication, customer service skills, and sound professional judgment.
