Job summary

CareOne at Peabody is seeking a MDS/Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to oversee the Resident Assessment Process and MDS/RAI Care Plans in a long-term care setting in Peabody, MA. You will collaborate on Care Plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support care teams in achieving optimal resident outcomes.

This role requires RN licensure, experience with PPS/OBRA assessments, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail; compensation ranges from $93,000 to $99,000 annually

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice and experience with PPS and OBRA assessments.
• Previous experience in hospital, long-term facility, or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Resident Assessment Process and assist with MDS/CAA completion.
• Participate in developing individualized resident Care Plans and projected outcomes.
• Complete nursing MDS items, CAAs, and Care Plans as designated by the facility.
• Participate in resident Care Plan Meetings.
