Qualifikationen

• Prior MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including PPS principles and Case Mix systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.
