Regency at St. Clair Shores is seeking an MDS Nurse to ensure accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the MDS, CAAs, care planning and supporting documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including PPS and Case Mix systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.
