Park View Nursing and Subacute in Reseda, CA is seeking a Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-RN) to lead the MDS process and coordinate resident assessments in accordance with state regulations. The role supports resident care and regulatory compliance within a compassionate, family-oriented facility.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of MDS experience.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college.
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state.
- Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations, and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation.
Responsabilités
- Assist in the completion of the MDS assessment for all residents.
- Coordinate the MDS process, ensuring timely submission per state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather data for the resident’s care planning.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of resident information; ensure data is entered correctly.
- Monitor resident status and changes requiring updates to MDS assessments.
- Assist with regulatory compliance governing MDS, including Medicare participation.
