Job summary

Woodlands-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Cente is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide comfort, dignity and exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility. The role centers on completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with state and federal laws, while supporting residents with daily living needs.

Active RN or LPN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and basic computer skills to navigate electronic health records are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Active CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Utilize electronic health record software to document assessments and care plans.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and support in a skilled nursing setting.
