Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of practice.
• Must have an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process per State and Federal requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident care.
