Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Active CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with State and Federal law and facility goals.
• Provide compassionate, dignified care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Document care and assessments accurately using the electronic health record system.
