Qualifications

• RN license required.
• MDS experience required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year nursing management in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and care planning.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to implement RAI processes accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all nursing operations.
