Caraday Healthcare, LLC seeks an MDS-RN to coordinate the RAI process, ensuring timely and complete MDS, CAAs, and interdisciplinary care plans. The role reports to the Administrator and supports nursing operations in a compliant, patient-focused center.

The MDS Coordinator will help ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, participate in surveys, and monitor documentation accuracy across MDS and care plans to optimize patient care and reimbursement.

Formación

• Current RN license is required.
• CPR certification required; 30 days to complete course and get certified.
• Excellent knowledge of RAI Process, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Thorough understanding of OBRA regulations and Minimum Data Set knowledge of care plan process.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the facility in adhering to federal and state regulations and certification.
• Participate in regulatory or certification surveys and correct deficiencies.
• Report trends from audits to the Quality Assurance Committee.
• Ensure completion of the RAI Process and care plans.
• Coordinate scheduling for MDS assessments and communicate outcomes to staff and patients.
• Maintain documentation supporting care plans and MDS data.
• Support PPS timeliness and Assessment Reference Dates.
• Provide resources for MDS-related computer issues and stay current on industry changes.
