Job summary

Pathway Health Services seeks an experienced MDS RN Consultant to deliver on-site professional consulting to post-acute and aging services clients. This interim leadership role focuses on evaluating systems, coaching teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license with RAC-CT certification and 3+ years of MDS experience, excellent customer service, and strong clinical judgment. Travel to facilities will be required as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery.
• Critical thinking with good clinical judgment.
• Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems as requested by clients.
• Maintain knowledge of state/federal standards and industry practice.
• Provide interim management assistance to nursing/health care providers as requested.
• Identify training needs and conduct in-services.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Support marketing of Pathway Health services in long-term care and senior housing.
