Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete the assigned nursing portions of the MDS.
• Review RAI/MDS for validity and perform quality checks.
• Maintain resident dignity and promote a safe living environment.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team regarding resident conditions.
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident status.
• Educate co-workers related to the RAI/MDS process.
• Utilize PCC EMR accurately for documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Skills
