Job summary

Carlyle Senior Care is seeking a compassionate MDS Nurse for our Aiken facility. Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care within an 86-bed skilled nursing community. You'll be responsible for completing and coordinating MDS assessments, ensuring compliance and documentation, and working collaboratively with teams to maintain care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDS assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
