You'll be responsible for completing and coordinating MDS assessments, ensuring compliance and documentation, and working collaboratively with teams to maintain care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDS assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain resident care plans.
• Monitor reimbursement and compliance standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical meetings as needed.
