Zusammenfassung

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse to conduct, coordinate and monitor the Resident Assessment Instrument process (MDS/RAI) for its Long-Term Care services. You will work to ensure accurate data translation for Medicare, participate in utilization reviews, and support regulatory compliance across licensing bodies.

You will develop and update policies, collaborate on staff education, and contribute to the LTC infection prevention program.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN/LPN license to practice professional nursing in Montana.

Aufgaben

• Conduct, coordinate, and monitor the Resident Assessment Instrument Assessment process (MDS/RAI).
• Participate in LTC Utilization Review meetings and Medicare PPS translation.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and Federal/State regulations.
• Develop and revise Department Policies & Procedures; assist CMS/LTC surveys.
• Collaborate with staff to educate licensed personnel on MDS/RAI processes.
• Support Infection Prevention Program and LTC Quality initiatives.
