Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan with no restrictions.
• Experience in MDS coordination or similar nursing leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate completion of MDS assessments within regulatory timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure accuracy of assessments.
• Review and validate MDS data before submission to state database.

This role ensures interdisciplinary communication, supports Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and promotes quality resident care.
