Competitive pay based on experience: $85,000 - $90,000.

Our highly skilled teams provide compassionate, specialized care for post-surgery, post-hospital rehabilitation, and chronic illness management.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform clinical and financial audits independently or with guidance.
  • Identify educational opportunities through data analysis and tracking.
  • Participate in strategic planning related to revenue systems.
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements for MDS, billing, and care planning.
  • Interpret revenue data and assist with action plans for clinical documentation risks.
  • Educate CRCs and IDT members on MDS and reimbursement processes.
  • Provide ongoing updates on regulation systems driven by the MDS.
  • Review clinical charts to determine skilled need and appropriate length of stay.
  • Complete and attest to MDS sections, including signing off for LPNs.
  • Develop and revise care plans, lead care plan meetings as per protocol.
  • Conduct revenue-related meetings regularly.
  • Ensure timely managed care updates.
  • Support quality measures, Value-Based Purchasing, and reporting programs.
  • Assist with documentation requests and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed RN in Massachusetts with 3+ years of reimbursement or LTC experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; EMR experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of state/federal regulations for MDS and billing (CMI/PDPM, Managed Care, QRP/VBP).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the IDT.
  • Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare CMI/PDPM methodologies.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • RN license in Massachusetts.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
