Qualifications

• Current, active TX license as LPN or RN.
• Three (3) years’ MDS experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals and procedures for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the MDS process and care management from admission to discharge per policy and regulatory guidelines.
