Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an RN MDS Nurse to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument process and coordinate resident care plans. You will evaluate care for residents and ensure plans stay current, acting as a primary lead for RAC-CT activities.

The role requires RN licensure with prior experience in nursing care for seniors, and preferences include NLN/AACN-accredited programs and a BSN. Compensation and benefits reflect a large nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience working as licensed nurse with the senior population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident assessment and care planning.
• Lead the RAC-CT/RAI process and participate in admissions.
