Job summary

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse for a hybrid role in Newburyport, MA. You will coordinate and complete MDS assessments, work with interdisciplinary teams on care plans, and ensure compliant documentation for optimal reimbursement.

1-2 days remote work and a strong emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and resident records management. LPN/RN license in MA and MDS experience are required; BLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license (Massachusetts)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• MDS experience required, long-term care experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare documentation
• BLS Certification (approved vendor)
