Job summary

The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking a seasoned full-time MDS Coordinator for an in-person role. You will ensure accurate completion of RAI for Medicare residents and manage the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs, while coordinating OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in MA and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of MDS experience preferred.

• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs.
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.

Requirements for MDS Coordinator:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
