Job summary

The Penn-Mar Healthcare Center is seeking an LVN/RN MDS Nurse to support the resident assessment process under RAI/MDS policy, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications

• Current state licensure as RN or LVN.
• Completed nursing program with a degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferably at least one year in resident assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
• Infection prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and collect information to assist in developing the MDS and care plan.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Work with IDT to develop resident assessment and care plan.
• Evaluate resident condition and data to determine need for additional assessment.
