Do you have what it takes to be an LPN MDS Nurse with CommuniCare?
The MDS Nurse RAC (Resident Assessment Coordinator) reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process. Provides oversight for Medicare, Medicaid (case mix), and managed care to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and proper reimbursement is received for each resident. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Serves as a key member of the facility’s management team to help achieve and maintain quality outcomes.
